Questions about "Nationality"
1. How do I declare my nationality?
Nationality is confered through a sovereign State established through the "international norms" of law. Therefore to declare your nationality the Moors first must establish a State. Currently to my knowledge there are seven (7) Moroccan States established.
2. Do I have to change my last name?
Moors have titles of nobility so your title of either El, or Bey must be added at the end of your appellation [Name] of your choice.
3. Why are their so many definitions of Moor?
4. If I declare my nationality am I required to give up my religion?
5. Should I authenticate the birth certificate?
6. As a new Moor transitioning from the Corporate to a Moroccan State, what should I do if I encounter a "Policy Enforcer" who refuse to or do not acknowledge my State issued Identification?
5. Should I authenticate the birth certificate?
Questions about "Child Custody"
Moors, we inadvertently signed all rights to our children to the CORPORATE state through the BIRTH CERTIFICATE which was filed through "with our consent" when we completed the documents we filled out at the hospital where we gave birth. We agreed to this [even though were unaware what we were actally doing] through our ignorance and statelessness.
International laws dictates that all people / persons must not be stateless.
Due to the fact that the Moors refused to establish Moroccan States to declare their independence we by default became the QUAZI CITIZENS [In fact, not truth], UNITED STATES CITIZENS as NATURALIZED PERSONS.
The treaty that gave the United States of America jurisdiction to do such a thing is the Treaty of Peace and Friendship 1786/1836.
Article 22 says, if an American citizen shall die in our country, and no will shall appear, the consul shall take possession of his effects; and if there shall be no consul, the effects shall be deposited in the hands of some "person" worthy of trust, until the party shall appear who has the right to demand them; but if the heir to the person deceased be present, the property shall be delivered to him without interruption; and if a will shall appear, the property shall descend agreeable to that will as soon as the consul shall declare the validity thereof.
